OUR CLASSES

From 2022 RG Center Eleganza focuses solely on competitive level. Our gymnasts compete in competitions from regional to international level. Girls from the age of 5 who are interested in starting rhythmic gymnastics as a competitive sport are welcome to join the beginner group on Tuesday and/or Thursday afternoon.

In the beginner group we pay attention to flexibility, coordination, condition, apparatus technique and dance. Gymnasts can stay in the beginner group for a longer period of time if they want to practice rhythmic gymnastics at a recreational level.

On invitation of the coach, gymnasts can join the Young Talent group or one of the competition groups. In these groups, gymnasts are prepared step by step for participation in (inter)national competitions.

All young and beginning gymnasts learn the basics of RG in a playful way in this group.

YOUNG TALENTs

Talented gymnasts can join the Young Talents group, where they will be prepared for the competitive level.

FIRST DIVISION

Gymnasts who compete at national level train in Competition Group 2, they compete in the first division.

EREDIVISION

This group is for high level gymnasts who compete at the highest, international level.
